The 10 Best Horror Movies of The 2000s
We are going to go through the best horror movies released in the 2000s era of horror films in no particular order. There were many great classics from the 70s, 80s and 90s, but there were some very good slasher/zombie/monster films of the 2000s. Not to give away the plot, I will not write a summary for each film, you have to see it first!

Zombieland
A perfect blend of humor and horror, in a perfect vehicle for the neurotic quirkiness of Eisenberg and the tough-guy zaniness of Harrelson, Zombieland is a fast and breezy roller-coaster ride that fully delivers on laughs and scares.

Pontypool
Showing at this year’s London Frightfest Pontypool was one of the few movies to completely sell out, giving myself and several other attendees’ good reason to have high expectations of the movie. This Welsh sounding horror offering is actually set in Ontario in the middle of an icy cold snow storm where everything is not quite as it seems.
