In Which Ways Have The Films and Characters of Jack Nicholson and Robert De Niro Changed From The 1970s to The Current Decade?

Main films of focus are ‘One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest’ & ‘Anger Management’ and ‘Taxi Driver’ & ‘Meet The Fockers’

Jack Nicholson and Robert De Niro played some of the most imitated characters of all-time and burst onto the world’s screens and into the world’s imagination during arguably one of Hollywood’s greatest periods in the 1970s. Jack Nicholson and Robert De Niro are two of America’s most celebrated actors, regularly topping world’s greatest actor polls, very well accomplished and applauded by critics and audiences alike. But how have they gone from Golden Era golden boys playing adventurous roles and seductive characters in important integral films to comfortable old men resting on their laurels and playing type cast caricatures of themselves in the eyes of the media??
