No One Killed Jessica is a film by Raj Kumar Gupta, based on a real incident that happened in India, in the year 1999, in the capital city Delhi, where a girl Jessica, who was a beautiful and attractive model, refuses to give a man a drink after the bar closes, and the drunk man, shot her dead, with the only reason for Jessica being murder being her refusal for a drink. Jessica being killed near a crowd of 300 people, still do not gather enough witnesses to send the murderer to the gallows for seven years.
