5: A Nightmare on Elm Street
The popular horror icon “Freddy Kreuger” is one the few good slashers in our time. His glove and hat will be remembered. Yeah I agree that some of the sequels like “Freddy’s Revenge” and with the remake had a rough time and didn’t do so good. But with the original, pt 3, and “Freddy VS Jason” did awesome.
4: Child’s play
In my opinion I think the little bastord had the best style out of every slasher possible. And the best is that they succeeded with the robot construction. And they did the same idea until the last film. The real problem with this series was when the comedy got in the way with the last 2 films.
3: Friday the 13th
Our favorite hockey masked serial killer that we all known in love is probably one of the most well known serial killer and the most successful horror movie series in money wise. So many sequels to start off with and a very epic series. Jason your the man.
2: Halloween
Micheal Myers is another well known and a old series and Rob Zombie is still continuing the series and in my opinion I thought the remake were good. But you cant out smart the first one. The original really fucked me up as a kid because he would usually come out in the dark in the scenes.
1: Saw
People might agree with me or not, but Saw is probably the most epic series. John Kramar is such a awesome character and his speech is understandable because the reason he’s doing these traps is because he spy’s on them and if they do and criminal stuff, he will put them trough a course if traps. This series is very epic, gruesome, and very disturbing in some scenes. In my opinion they were all good besides the 4th one because it didn’t really feel like Saw to me. And another funny thing about Saw is that the puppet that he uses is barely a trap besides in Saw 4 when the puppet exploded and the glass hit a cop or someone.
