World of Warcraft Chapter Two
The chapter two of the history of World of Warcraft.
THE NEW WORLD
The Founding of Quel’Thalas
According to the secret library of the High Elves
(6800 years before the War)
The high elves, led by Dath’Remar, left Kalimdor behind and
challenged the storms of the Maelstrom. Their fleets sailed the wide world
for many years, and discovered mysterious lost kingdoms along
of your trip. Dath’Remar, who had taken the name Sunstrider (? The
who walks the day?), sought out places of great power on which
build the new home for his people.
His fleet finally reached the shores of a continent that later
would call Lordaeron. Disembarking, the high elves founded a
settlement within the tranquil Tirisfal Glades. After a few
years, many of them began to go crazy. The high priests
elves theorized that something evil slept in this particular part of the
world, but rumors were never proven. The High Elves
raised their camp and moved northward, where there
other energy-rich area.
As the high elves crossed the rich highlands of
Lordaeron, their journey became increasingly difficult. Since cut
their relationship with the energies of the Well of Eternity, many of them
fell by cold weather or died of disease. The most
disconcerting change, however, was the fact that they were no longer
immortal or immune to the elements. They became smaller than
they were, and his skin turned white, purple losing
characteristic of his race, and his hair turned blond, like the sun.
Complicating their work, they found amazing creatures than ever
been seen in Kalimdor. They also found a primitive tribe of
human hunting in the ancient forests. However, the biggest challenge
was faced with the voracious and cunning trolls of Zul? Aman.
These trolls had formed a great kingdom, the Amani Empire, and had the
ability to regenerate your skin and its members before the most terrible
injuries, but proved to be a barbaric, evil race, and showed
be hostile to foreigners who pierced their borders. The elves
developed a deep animosity for the vicious trolls and
killed wherever they found them. For centuries, the Amani Empire
other kingdoms fought trolls who had settled on the continents
the South, the Jungle Gurubashi Strangletorn, but the arrival of
High Elves was considered an insult to their ancestors and their gods.
After many years the high elves finally found a
remaining land that was part of the ancient continent of Kalimdor. In
deep in the forests of the continent, founded the kingdom of
Quel’Thalas, and dedicated themselves to creating a powerful empire that exceeded
of their Kaldorei cousins. Unfortunately the city was founded on
the remains of an ancient settlement that trolls considered
sacred. Almost immediately, the trolls began to attack the
elven settlements en masse.
The elves, determined not to abandon their new land, they used their magic
to fight the savage trolls. Under the leadership of Dath? Remar,
were working to defeat the Amani warbands of that
the exceeding ten to one. Some elves, however, recalling the
previous warnings of the Kaldorei, feared that the use of magic
could draw the attention of the Burning Legion defeated. At
therefore decided to defend their land with a protective barrier
allowed to perform their incantations. Built a series of
Runes monolithic at various points around Quel’Thalas which
demarcate the boundaries of the magic barrier. Runes not only
masked the magic elf be detected by other dimensions, but
that helped to drive away the superstitious troll warbands.
Over time, Quel’Thalas became a monument to
magical progress of the High Elves. Its old palaces were
forged with the same structural style in the ancient halls
Kalimdor, while respecting the topography of the land. Quel’Thalas
began to shine like the jewel that the High Elves always dreamed of. The
Council of Silvermoon was founded to govern the power over Quel’Thalas,
but always Sunstrider Dynasty maintained a modicum of power
politics over the city. Comprised of seven of the greatest lords
High Elves, the Council worked to ensure the safety of
elven lands and people. Surrounded by their protective barrier, the
High Elves have forgotten the warnings of the night elves and
continued to use magic in almost every aspect of their lives. In
the center of Silvermoon, on a large island north of Zul? Aman,
created the Sunwell, with remaining water from the Well of Eternity
they had brought from Kalimdor.
Almost four thousand years the night elves lived peacefully
within the safety of his kingdom. However, conflicting trolls
were not easy to defeat. These were hidden in the depths of the
forests and expected the number of bands grow. Until,
finally, a mighty troll army charged out from the shadowy forests and
began the siege of Quel’Thalas bright.
THE AGE OF MAN — Arathor and the GERRAS OF TROLLS
(2800 years before the War)
As the high elves fought for their lives against the continued
siege by the trolls, the primitive and nomadic humans of Lordaeron
fought to consolidate their own tribal lands. The tribes of the
Early humanity fought against each other with little identity
unit or honor. Until one of the tribes, known as the Arathi,
became aware that the threat was very large troll to be ignored.
The Arathi set out to unite all the tribes under its aegis
provide a unified front against the trolls.
During the course of the next six years, the cunning Arathi
manipulated and defeated rival tribes. With each victory, the
Arathi offered peace and equality to the conquered peoples, thus
earned the loyalty of the defeated people. Eventually the Arathi tribe
managed to incorporate many disparate tribes, and the ranks of his army
became enormous. Considering the need to prevent an imminent attack
of the trolls, and even the reclusive high if necessary, the
Arathi High Lords decided to build a powerful fortress city
in the southeastern region of Lordaeron. The city-state, named Strom,
became the capital of the Arathi nation, Arathor. As Arathor
prospered, humans from all over the vast continent traveled south
for the safety of Strom.
United under one banner, the human tribes developed a
strong, optimistic culture. Thoradin king of Arathor, knew
the existence of the mysterious elves in the northlands, and
of the constant harassment of these by the trolls, but he shied away from risk
security of its people to defend the reclusive aliens.
Many months passed until rumors of the defeat of the elves
came from the north. It was not until the ambassadors from Quel’Thalas
reached Strom that Thoradin decided to confront the threat troll.
The elves informed Thoradin that the troll armies were vast and
that once the trolls destroyed Quel’Thalas, they would turn to
attack the south. The desperate elves, in their need for military aid
pledged to train a select group of humans in magic to change
aid against the troll warbands. Thoradin, without knowing
no magic, elves decided to help. Almost immediately,
elven sorcerers arrived in Arathor and began the instruction of the
humans in the ways of arcane magic.
The elves found that some humans have an innate capacity
to control the magic, and a natural affinity towards it. A hundred men
were instructed in basic magical secrets of the elves: no more
absolutely necessary to combat the trolls. Convinced
that their human students were ready to help the elves
left Strom and traveled north alongside the mighty
armies of King Thoradin.
The armies of elves and humans broke heavily against
bands of trolls at the foot of the Alterac Mountains. The battle lasted
many days, but the armies of Arathor were not removed until the
troll last fall. The elven lords dropped all the power of his
magic on the enemies. The hundred human magi and a multitude of
elven sorcerers called the fury of the heavens and dropped on
hosts trolls. The elemental fires prevented the regeneration
the wounds of the trolls and burned their tortured forms from the
interior.
With trolls armies defeated and retreating armies
Thoradin rammed each of his soldiers. Trolls never
would recover from his defeat, and history would never see the
trolls as a united nation again. Quel’thalas secure the
destruction, the elves swore loyalty and friendship to the nation’s human
Arathor and to the royal line of Thoradin. Humans and elves would
peaceful relations for ages to come.
The Guardians of Tirisfal
According to the secret library of the High Elves
(2700 years before the War)
With the absence of trolls in the northlands, the elves
Quel’Thalas is dedicated to strengthening their glorious homeland. The
victorious armies of Arathor returned home in the southern Strom. The
human society grew and prospered, while Thoradin, watching his
kingdom extended, kept Strom like the center of the empire
Arathorian. After many peaceful years of growth and trade,
the mighty Thoradin died of old age, leaving the young generation
Arathor free to expand the empire beyond the shores of Strom.
The original one hundred magi, who were instructed in the ways of
magic by the elves, studied their powers and studied the mystic
disciplines to make charms in much greater detail. These magicians,
initially chosen for their strength and noble spirit, always
practiced magic with care and responsibility. However, it took
their secrets and powers a new generation that had no concept of
the rigors of war or the need to survive. These young people
magicians began to practice magic for personal taste without any
responsibility to their peers.
As the empire spread into new lands, the young wizards
also traveled to the south. Using her mystical powers, the magicians
protected their brethren from the wild creatures of the earth and
made possible the colonization of new city-states built
in the wild. However, as their powers grew, the magicians
began to be isolated from the rest of society.
The second city-state arathoriana, Dalaran was founded north of
Strom. Many magicians from all corners of Strom left behind
City and traveled to Dalaran, where they hoped to use his new powers with
great freedom. These magicians enchanted rose an immense spiral, the
Violet Citadel in Dalaran, and immersed deep in their
studies. Thus, the human mages learned to call the
winds and rain, to teleport from one place to another,
become invisible, to metamorphose to other animal beings, and
even managed to free the Water Elementals his prison and
use them as allies in combat. The citizens of Dalaran
tolerated the magicians and formed a strong economy under the
protection of the magical arts of its defenders. But a secret power
stalked the careless humans.
The sinister agents of the Burning Legion, who had been expelled
with the outbreak of the Well of Eternity, were attracted to the world
the constant spells of the magicians of Dalaran, who had managed
break the thin thread that separates the reality of the dimensions
ethereal. These relatively weak demons did not appear as a
dangerous force, but caused considerable confusion and chaos in the
streets of Dalaran. Many of these demons caused unusual
events, and the rulers of Dalaran wizards decided to hide the
public. The most powerful magicians were sent to capture the
elusive demons, but sometimes they were beaten by a solitary
powerful agent of Legion.
After a few months the superstitious peasantry began to
suspect that his magicians were hiding a terrible truth. Rumors
a revolution began to walk the streets of Dalaran and
paranoid people doubted about the practices and motives of
wizards who once admired. Possessions, apparitions of fearsome
demonic creatures, murder for no reason, started to produce
panic among the inhabitants of the city. The Magi, fearing a
rebellion by the peasants and that Strom would take action against
them, they became the only group to understand their particular
problem: the High Elves.
Alarmed by the news of the Magi about demonic activity
in Dalaran, the elves quickly to their mightiest wizards to the
human lands. The elven wizards studied the energy in Dalaran, and
prepared detailed reports of demonic activity in the city.
They concluded that they were due only to a few demons lost
the world, but the Legion itself if humans could return
forces continued to use magic.
Recalling the sins of their ancestors, the Council of Silvermoon, which
ruled over the elves of Quel’Thalas, entered a secret pact with the Magi
Dalaran. The elves told the Magi about the ancestral
history of Kalimdor and the Burning Legion, a story that had
shocked the world. They informed the humans that the more time
will use magic, would have to protect their citizens from the evil
agents of the Legion. The Magi proposed the notion of giving power to a
single mortal champion who would utilize their collective powers to
fighting an endless war against the Legion secret. This would allow
most human completely ignore the existence of
Wardens and their war against the Legion for fear that the people
to panic and paranoia. The elves agreed and
proposed founding a secret order to engage in election
Guardian and help fight chaos in the world. This was the way in
the High Elves who redeem their past sins?
The company established its secret meetings in the dark Prairies
of Tirisfal, where he first landed in the High Elves
Lordaeron. They called themselves the secret sect of the
Guardians of Tirisfal. The mortal champions would be chosen to be
Guardians and be imbued with the powers of elves and wizards
humans. Have only one Guardian at a time, but have a vast
power to defeat the Legion’s agents wherever the
find it. The Guardian power was so great that only the
Council of Tirisfal was able to choose potential successors
Guardian. When a Guardian was very old or weak in their secret war
against chaos, the Council chose a new champion, and under
controlled, formally channeled the Guardian power into the new
agent.
Over generations, the Guardian has defended the
humanity as invisible war against the Burning Legion on
lands of Arathor and Quel’Thalas. Arathor grew and prospered while
the use of magic engrandecía his empire. Meanwhile,
Guardians were responsible for any signs of demonic activity.
Ironforge AWAKENING OF DWARF
Ironforge dwarf runes. (Ironforge)
(2500 years before the War)
In ancient times, after the Titans departed Azeroth,
their children, Titanesses continued its role of forming and storing
abysmal depths of the world. The Titanesses not interested
by the facts of the races that populated the area and only
interfered in their affairs in the dark caverns of the earth.
When the world was destroyed by the implosion of the Well of Eternity,
the Titanesses were deeply affected. Suffering the pain itself
of land, Titanesses lost much of their identity and
merged with the rocks from which they were created. Uldaman, Uldum,
Ulduar … these were the names of ancient cities where
Titanesses first took shape. Asleep in the
deep caves, Titanesses rested in peace for about
eight thousand years.
? It is unclear why wake up? – Pray the old dwarf runes.
? But we had changed during hibernation. Our rock forms
skin had become, and our powers over stone and earth
had disappeared. We were mortal creatures?.
The last Titanesses left behind the halls of Uldaman and
ventured to walk on the surface. Never left the
safety of the depths and wonders of the caves, so
who founded a vast kingdom under the highest mountain on earth.
They named their land Khaz Modan. They built an altar to his father
Titan Khaz’goroth, and founded a mighty forge within the heart of the
mountain. The city that grew around the forge called Ironforge.
From that moment, also call Dwarfs.
The dwarves, by nature fascinated with gems and stone,
built mines in the surrounding mountains to extract rich and
precious metals. Happy with their work underground, the dwarves
is despreocuparon of levity of its neighbors in the area.
THE SEVEN KINGDOMS
Archives of Kirin Tor
(1200 years before the War)
Strom continued to act as the capital of Arathor, but as
Dalaran, many new city-states emerged across the
continent of Lordaeron. Gilneas, Alterac, and Kul Tiras were the
first city-states to rise, and even had their own
Governments and trade relations, were unified under the authority
Strom.
Under the watchful eye of the Order of Tirisfal, Dalaran became
the heart of learning for magicians throughout the land. The Magi
governing Dalaran created the Kirin Tor, a specialized
charged with cataloging and record every spell, artifact, and
magic known to mankind throughout time.
Gilneas and Alterac became strong supporters of Strom military
and developed large armies that explored the mountainous land
of Khaz Modan. It was during this period that humans learned to
ancient race of dwarves and traveled to their cavernous subterranean city of
Ironforge. Humans and dwarves shared many secrets
about the uses of the metal and engineering and discovered a singular
and mutual affinity for battle and storytelling.
The city-state of Kul Tiras, founded upon a large island south of
Lordaeron, developed a prosperous economy based on fishing and
merchant trade. Over time, Kul Tiras built up a powerful
explored the seas armed and known lands in search of goods
exotic shopping. As the economy of Arathor flourished, its
strong components began to disintegrate.
Over time, the lords of Strom decided to mobilize their states
the fertile lands of northern Lordaeron and leave the arid lands
the south. The grandchildren of King Thoradin, the last descendants of the
Arathi dynasty, argued that Strom should not be abandoned, it
that incurred the displeasure of the great citizens, willing to
leave. The lords of Strom, noting the untouched purity of the north
decided to leave behind their ancestral city. To the north of Dalaran,
the lords of Strom built a new town called
Lordaeron. The entire continent was named after this city. Lordaeron
Mecca became a religious and a haven of peace and security for
all who are destitute
The descendants of the Arathi, remained faithful to the old
walls Strom, decided to travel south over the rocky
mountains of Khaz Modan. Their journey finally ended after many
eras, and settled in northern Europe came to be called
Azeroth. In a fertile valley they founded the kingdom of Stormwind, which
became a powerful kingdom.
The few warriors still left in Strom decided to keep the
ancient city walls. Strom was no longer the center of
empire, but it developed into a new nation known as Stormgarde
(The Guard Strom). As each city prospered and grew,
Arathorian empire was effectively disintegrated. Each nation
developed its own customs and beliefs, and were separated
each other. King’s vision of a united humanity Thoradin had
finally failed.
AEGYWNN AND HUNTING OF THE DRAGON
According to the secret library of the High Elves
(830 years before the War)
As political and military rivalries of the seven human nations
increased and worsened, the line of Guardians was in constant
vigilance against chaos. There were many Guardians over the years,
but only one had the magical powers of Tirisfal at a time. One
Guardians of the last distinguished himself as a mighty warrior against
the shade. Magna Aegwynn, a brave human girl, won the approval of
the Order and was given the mantle of the Guardians. Aegwynn worked
vigorously hunt down and eradicate demons wherever the
found, but she often questioned the authority of the Council of
Tirisfal, dominated by men. She believed that the ancient elves and
the aging magician who presided over the council were too rigid
in thought and did not have enough decision to end the
conflicting chaos. Impatient with the slow discussion and debate,
decided to prove herself and his superiors, so
often showed a value beyond the understanding
crucial situations.
As his mastery of cosmic power of Tirisfal grew, Aegwynn found
that a growing number of powerful demons had appeared in the
frozen continent of Northrend. Traveling to the distant north, Aegwynn
demons found in the mountains. He found that these demons
had shot one of the last surviving dragons and had
absorbed the innate magic of the ancient creatures. The powerful
Blue dragons, Malygos children of the Smith Spells, with the
increased mortal societies of the world, decided
themselves to face the dark magical arts of the Legion.
Aegwynn confronted the demons, and with help from the noble dragons,
defeated them. However, as soon as the last demon
disappeared from the world, a great storm emerged from the north. A
huge dark figure appeared over the skies of Northrend. Sargeras, the
demon king and lord of the Burning Legion, appeared before Aegwynn
and attacked with incredible energy. He told the Guardian that young
time of Tirisfal was about to come to an end and the world
would soon be devoured by the Legion.
The brave Aegwynn, believing herself strong enough to fight
the menacing god, unleashed her powers against Sargeras. With
disconcerting ease, Aegwynn defeated the devil and managed to kill her
fitness. Believing that the spirit of Sargeras had happened to
abyss, the noble Aegwynn took his body ruined one of the old
halls of Kalimdor that was near the center of the sea, where
collapsed the Well of Eternity. Aegwynn never suspected that this was
exactly what Sargeras had planned …
WAR OF THE THREE HAMMERS
Runes of Ironforge dwarf
(230 years before the War)
Ironforge dwarves lived in peace for many centuries. Without
But his company had grown within the confines of their mountain
cities. While the mighty Dwarf High King, Modimus Anvilmar, ruled
on the dwarves with justice and vision, three powerful factions
strengthened on dwarf society.
The Bronzebeard clan, ruled by King Madoran Bronzebeard, very close
the High King and traditional defenders of Ironforge. The Clan
Wildhammer, ruled by King Khardros Wildhammer, inhabited the strong
and mines near the base of the mountain and gained increasing control
over the city. The third faction, the Dark Iron clan, was ruled
by King-sorcerer Thaurissan. The Dwarves of the clan lived in the
shadows deep inside the mountain and plotted against
Bronzebeards and Wildhammers.
For a time the three factions kept the peace, but tensions
erupted when High King Anvilmar died of old age. The three
warring clans erupted in a war for control of Ironforge. The
dwarf civil war raged under the earth for many years. Eventually
the Bronzebeards, with a bigger and stronger army, drove the
Dark Iron and Wiildhammers off the mountain.
Wildhammers Khardros and traveled north through the
Dun Algaz doors, and founded their own kingdom within the distant peak
Grim Batol. There, the Wildhammers dug and rebuilt their lost
treasures. Thaurissan and his Dark Irons were not so lucky. Humiliated
and angered by his defeat, he wanted revenge against Ironforge.
Leading his people to the south, Thaurissan founded a city (which he called
as the same) under the beautiful Redridge Mountains. Prosperity and the passing
the years did not reduce the rancor of the Dark Iron against their
cousins. Thaurissan and his sorceress wife, Modgud, launched two
prolonged assault against both Ironforge and Grim Batol. The Dark Irons
Khaz’Modan claimed for themselves.
The Dark Iron army attacked the forts of his cousins and were close
took both kingdoms. However, Madoran Bronzebeard led his clan
the decisive victory over Thaurissan’s army of witches. This and
servants retreated to the safety of the city, without knowing the
fate of the army against Khardros Modgud and his Wildhammer warriors.
According confronted his enemies, Modgud used her powers to plunge
fear in their hearts. Shadows moved at her command, and creatures
dark sprang from the earth to attack the Wildhammers in their
Grim Batol own rooms. Modgud eventually broke down the doors
the city and began the siege of the main fort. The Wildhammers
fought desperately Khardros himself took his mace and killed
queen-witch. With his dead queen, the Dark Irons suffered the fury of
the Wildhammers, fled to the fortress of the king, only to
running into the armies of Ironforge, which had come to the aid of
Grim Batol. Caught between two armies, the last Dark Iron
were destroyed.
Unified armies of Ironforge and Grim Batol headed south
to destroy Thaurissan and his Dark Irons once and for all. This,
desperate in his fury, he invoked a spell of proportions
cataclysmic. Trying to invoke a supernatural being who will ensure
victory, Thaurissan called ancient powers sleeping beneath the
world. In his state of shock, and to his doom, the creature
emerged could not be more terrible than any nightmare he could
imagine.
Ragnaros the Firelord, immortal lord of the fires
elementary, defeated by the Titans when the world was young,
emerged between powerful flares. Released by the call of
Thaurissan, Ragnaros erupted to the surface again. The Renaissance
Ragnaros’ apocalyptic in Azeroth and cracked Redridge Mountains
created an immense volcano raging in the center of the devastation. The
volcano, known as Blackrock Spire, was bordered by the Roaring Coast
the north and the Burning Steppes to the south. Thaurissan died by
the same forces that liberated, his surviving brethren were
enslaved by Ragnaros and his elementals of fire. He dominates
Blackrock Spire to this day.
Watching the horrific devastation and the fires in the mountains of
south, kings and Khardros Madoran up their armies and returned
the security of their realms, avoiding to face the wrath of Ragnaros.
The Bronzebeards returned to Ironforge and rebuilt their glorious
city. The Wildhammers returned to Grim Batol. However, death
of Modgud had left in a terrible state of the fort, and
Wildhammers found it uninhabitable. King Bronzebeard offered the
Wildhammers a place to live within the borders of Ironforge,
Wildhammers but rejected it. Khardros took his people and brought
north into the lands of Lordaeron. Entering the
Hinterland lush forests, the Wildhammers built a city
in Aerie Peak, where Wildhammers brought into contact with the
nature and eventually tamed to the faucets in the area.
Trying to maintain trade relations with his cousins, the dwarves
Ironforge constructed two large arches, Thandol Span, a bridge
between Khaz Modan and Lordaeron. Interested in mutual trade, both
kingdoms prospered. After the death of kings Madoran and Khardros,
his sons built two great statues in honor of their parents. The
two statues stand guard over the passage of the southern lands, which
volcanic returned by the presence of Ragnaros. They serve as
warning to anyone who would attack the dwarven kingdoms, and as a
I remember the price the Dark Irons paid for their crimes
The two kingdoms remained isolated for several years, but
Wildhammer change much for the horrors in Grim Batol.
They decided to remain on the surface, on the rocks
Aerie Peak, instead of digging a vast kingdom under the mountain. The
ideological differences between the two kingdoms eventually dwarf
led by different routes.
THE LAST GUARDIAN
According to the library of the High Elves secreata
(45 years before the War)
The Guardian Aegwynn grew his powers and subsequent years
Tirisfal forces greatly extended life. Believing he had
defeated Sargeras for good, continued to safeguard the world of
evil forces for nearly nine years. However, the
Council of Tirisfal finally decreed that her time had come to an
end. The Council ordered Aegwynn to return to Dalaran so that his successor
was chosen. But Aegwynn differed from the Council, and decided to choose
itself to his successor.
He planned to give birth to a son who will inherit his power. He had
intended that the Order of Tirisfal to manipulate her successor as
had manipulated her. Traveling to the southern nation of Azeroth, Aegwynn
found the perfect father to his son, a clever magician known human
as Nielas Aran. Aran was the court magician of King of Azeroth.
Aegwynn seduced the magician and conceived by him a son. The natural affinity
Nielas deeply marked by the magic of the unborn child and then
define the tragic steps it would take as an adult. The power
of Tirisfal was inherited to the child, but this would not be evident until
maturity.
After a while, Aegwynn gave birth to a son. Calling Medivh
which means “keeper of secrets” in the language of the high
elves, Aegwynn believed that the child, upon reaching maturity, would be the
next Guardian. Unfortunately I did not know the terrible truth of the
Sargeras plans: the evil spirit from the dark Titan had
hidden inside after his battle with him, and had possessed the
defenseless child while it was in the womb. Aegwynn
I had no idea that the next Guardian was actually owned by his
greatest nemesis.
Making sure your baby grow healthy and strong, led by Aegwynn
small Medivh to the court of Azeroth and left him to be raised by
his mortal father and his people. She would watch from the shadows,
preparing to cede power when ready. Medivh grew
to become a strong boy, with no idea of the great power
that housed his spirit.
Sargeras bided his time to show their power in the young. With the
time Medivh reached the age of adolescence, and had become
in a handsome and popular in Azeroth for the ease with which
progressed in magical studies with his father, and adventures with
his two best friends: Llane, the prince of Azeroth, and Anduin Lothar, one
of the last descendants of the Arathi bloodline. The three
mischievous boys constantly made throughout the kingdom, but were
loved by the general public.
When Medivh was 14 years, the cosmic power within the
awoke and began a terrible struggle with the invading spirit
Sargeras, fighting for his soul. Medivh went into a catatonic state
that lasted many years. Upon awakening from his coma, he found himself at maturity, and
his friends Llane and Anduin had become the regents of
Azeroth. Although deeply wished to use their incredible powers
to protect their land, the dark spirit of Sargeras upset their
emotions and thoughts, to take them to a terrible end.
Sargeras had mastered the confused heart of Medivh, and now their
plans for a second demonic invasion of the world were almost
complete. And the world’s last Guardian would help him in his dark
purpose.
