Vampire Diaries: My Opinion

Hi my name is “Wolfgang.”  I just wathed the new tv series The Vampire Diaries.  Overall it was a pretty good episode, the only thing that was disappointing though was that it seemed very very short.  I know they probably had to delete some of the stuff and change a lot from the book but they didn’t need to change that much. 

First of all, Elena’s brother Jeremy on the tv show, is not in the book.  Instead Elena had a little sister named Meredith who was about 6 to 7 years old.  Another major change I think was Elena’s hair.  In the show it was brown, but in the book it was blond.  I don’t think they had to change that at all, except for maybe the girl who played Elena wouldn’t look good as a blond.  I also liked her friend Bonnie who was psychic.  A great actress in my opinion. 

It’s true I haven’t read all the way through Vampire Diaries yet but I feel  like I already know all about it.  

Second, the acting was…um okay I guess.  Like I said Bonnie was good.  But I don’t know if I liked the brothers or not.  Damon is certainly good at playing bad that’s for sure.  

I guess that’s all I have to say for now.  Short review I know but I will make more.  I’ll just have to wait and see how the actors turn out in the characters.
