Nobody Knows

The story starts out when a boy moves with his mom and siblings. His siblings have to ride in a suitcase. The family moves in and the mom tells the children the new rules. The mom leaves the little kids to fend for themselves. The oldest boy does his best to take care of himself and his siblings. The mom finally comes back for a while and helps with math. The little girl wants to go to school, but her mom is against it. The mom tells one of the children she may get married soon. The mother leaves again and the oldest boy has to take care of his siblings again. The mom is gone for a month now. The boy finds his father and talks to him. The mom comes home and brings presents. The mom leaves and says she will be back during Christmas. It is the New Year and she still has not come back. The boy makes some friends while the younger siblings take care of themselves. The boy starts using his money on worthless things instead of paying the bills, the water and electricity are now cut off. The children stay outside most of the time. The children meet a girl who sees how horrible their life is and eventually the children get help from her.
