A inside look at fast food and what it does to us.
This article is about fast food and what it does to us. Why do we eat fast food? Whats so bad about it? Does it really make us fat? Can it kill us if it is consumed more then its suppose to be in a daily intake?
Well the answer for the fat thing: Yes. Why? There are a lot of reasons. They add more sugar then there suppose, add things that make it more tasty and addictive but yet more fatter. Now before you say, So what? its only a little fat? Well you can say that if you don’t eat it that much but there are some people in this world that we live in that eat it EVERY SINGLE DAY. It also can give diseases like diabetes, heart failure and it also has side effects like Sexually inactive or Laziness. There is also a movie that I know of that actually shows the facts and it is a movie about a person called “Morgan” and he Diets and eats McDonald’s for 30 days, Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner and starts at perfect health as he doesn’t smoke or drink alcohol. I will skip to the facts what happened.
After eating McDonald’s for 30 days Lunch, Breakfast and Dinner this happened:
- Gained 24.5 lbs.
- Gained 230 Cholesterol’s
- Turned into a Fat Liver
- Body fat percentage from 11% to 18%
- 2x the risk of Coronary Heart Disease
- 2x the risk of Heart failure
- Felt Depressed and Exhausted
- Mood Swings regularly
- Bad Sex life
- Massive Cravings for McDonald’s
- Massive Headaches when not eating McDonald’s
This is why you should not eat fast food.
