He has had his up and downs in the business but there is no doubt he has had some great movies. Here is a look at his best!!!
5. Anchorman
This was an all around funny movie and just announced was a sequel to this comedy. He was able to change up his character and create a comedic genius of a movie. He played a very perverted anchor and was still able to get the girl. A must see for someone looking for a good laugh.
4. Mega Mind
A step away from live acting and into the world of animation Will Ferrell grabs audiences as an evil villain turned good. He was able to portray the character better then most would expect and created a great movie with fellow actor Brad Pitt.
3. Step Brothers
Willl Ferrell had audiences rolling on the floor as he acted as a less then adequate adult. He and his step brother terrorized their parents until one day realizing they had to grow up. The second funniest movie of his career!
2. Stranger Than Fiction
Away from the insane comedy he usually does and a little more on the dramatic side. He can hear himself talk and it messes with his entire life. It may be his best acting performance of his career and even if you don’t like him as an actor you can appreciate the job he does in front of the camera in this film!
1. Zoolander
So he isn’t the star here but it is by far the best movie he has been a part of and he does a great job for the little screen time he was given. Yes Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson light up this comedy but without Ferrell it may not have been as comedic as most view it!
