Wouldn’t it be good if you could self edit copy-righted movies bought from a shop? Be able to edit indecent swear words and change certain scenes you don’t wish to view whether age certificated 12, 15 or 18.
Some films despite the age are very good except for an occasional scene that labels the film a 15, and yet without that particular scene, the film would’ve been an acceptable 12. One film in particular is Any Place But Home, a VHS cassette. This film is quite pleasant until an inappropriate scene endangers the whole thing making it unacceptable for young views. All I would have to do is edit the unnecessary scene leaving it as a very good drama.
Most sex scenes could easily be deleted or be replaced with a hug and a kiss. The language could be done the same changing the F-Words with innocent words that are inoffensive.
