What if one day you just find out that you are just a clone? Or what if you just woke up and realized that you have more than a hundred clones? Perhaps it is unimaginable and at the same time brain-aching confusing to see your own replica that look exactly like you. And seeing more than a hundred of me is one thing I could not possibly bear.

This is the disturbing plot of a 2009 movie “Moon”. I used to dream of going to the moon literally. Perhaps, that’s one of the common ambitions of kids. Being an astronaut is yet a great contribution to mankind. It is very heroic. In the movie, an astronaut named Sam was sent to the moon and stayed there for 3 years. Staying on the moon that long is perhaps one of the most horrible experiences I could think of. And another worse thing that happened to Sam was that for three years, his only companion was an insusceptible talking machine. It may sound cool at first that this machine can do your haircut, can be your doctor, can prepare your food, etc. But I still prefer human companion.
This is indeed a sci-fi movie, which presents an extra mile advancement of technology. From the expedition on the moon, to the discovery of precious energy, to having hundreds of preserved clones of a person, these are all interesting scientific possibilities.
I am really tempted to spoil the story of this movie. With only 10 persons to cast in the movie, the thrills in every scene are something that would make you nailed on your seats. So go on, grab some pop corn and feet on the couch… enjoy your trip to the Moon!
