CHARACTER C interrupts CHARACTER A and CHARACTER B. After CHARACTER C is out of the picture, either CHARACTER A or CHARACTER B says this phrase. A black screen/fade out follows.
Most horror movies involve a kid and his/her mother, the kid constantly calling “mommy”.
3. “So, we meet again” OR “I knew you’d come crawling back”
You guessed it, the Villain’s first words to the Hero the second time they meet
2. “Go on without me!” “No! I’m not leaving without you”
This phrase is crucial to all action movies. CHARACTER A and CHARACTER B are arguing in a dangerous situation. CHARACTER A says “Go on without me!” while CHARACTER B replies ‘I’m not leaving without you” In most cases, the evil dude captures CHARACTER B as bait and CHARACTER A has more work to do!
1. “S/HE’s standing right behind me, isn’t S/HE?”
While CHARACTER A is on a lengthy rant about bad qualities of CHARACTER B to CHARACTER C, CHARACTER B is behind CHARACTER A with crossed arms or hands on the hips, being silent. CHARACTER C is trying to give CHARACTER A hints that CHARACTER B is there. CHARACTER A almost always says “S/HE’s standing right behind me, isn’t S/HE?”
