The Fighter, is a street drama about boxer “Irish” Micky Ward’s unlikely to illuminate the title of world’s middle class. His Rocky-like rise-lead by half-brother Dicky, a boxer who turned-coach on the verge of becoming KO’d by drugs and crime.
Mickey Ward (Mark Wahlberg) is a middle-class boxer Irish-American from a working class family in Lowell, Massachusetts.
