Review: Psycho (1960)

If I could go back in time, I’d watch this movie in the cinemas.

If there was such thing as the perfect movie, this was it. Everything had meaning. You had to watch it with your eyes wide open and try to absorb as much information as you could take in.

Psycho had very good acting and great direction.

Even though this movie was in black and white and may bore the younger generation, I was not bored. Alfred Hitchcock, the director, is MY favourite director because of this film.

You really had to pay attention to the motifs and the dialogue. I won’t give away the ending because it was just mind blowing.

Go and rent this movie. It’s just a magnificent piece of work. Well done to Hictchcock.

Best wishes!

You betcha! psycho was magnificent. The black and white movies were real dramas. Most of todays dramas are a little too superficial to me. They leave little to be anticipated all of the action is fit to suit. Most of the old movies demanded that you wait to see what happens next, from the original king kong to psycho. I love to watch the old movies and the black and white stars.
