Pineapple Express

A full review of the great stoner movie "Pineapple Express". (Doesn’t contain spoilers)

If you’re looking for a good comedy for your Friday movie night, I would highly recommend Pineapple Express. It’s not a very good family movie due to strong language and drug reference. Although there is no nudity and hardly any sexual jokes. The movie is essentially a pothead and his dealer are forced to go on the run because one of them witnessed a murder. The jokes in the movie never end with the slapstick, and the dialogue remains hilarious throughout. The soundtrack in the film goes perfect with every scenes, whether it’s calming music while smoking some dope or louder music with a good old car chase. Seth Rogan and James Franco work as a terrific pot smoking duo. Franco is great as “Saul” the clueless dealer, and Rogan is very funny as “Dale” the sensible pothead. Another hilarious character is “Red” played by Danny McBride, McBride plays the ”middle man” in the whole drug dealing scenario, he is possibly the funniest character in the whole movie, he delivers his lines perfectly and the way he acts will make you laugh every time. The movie also has a good supporting cast that makes you laugh as much as Rogan and Franco do. Watch out because in the background in a few of the scenes you will notice silent characters smoking weed. I would suggest you see this movie it is sure to be a classic. This movie is a tri-fecta of comedy, weed and action. It is hands down the dopest movie I have ever seen.
