Kamen Rider Double: Before It All Ends
A detailed feedback about Kamen Rider W before the finale episode.
The most insightful Kamen Rider W feedback article.
“Heartwarming, touching and epic! Kamen Rider W (Pronounced Double) is one of the best Rider Series in it’s day and age!”
Providing the awesomeness of Showa (old generation) Rider elements with a Heisei (new generation) storyline and setting, Kamen Rider Double pushes the boundaries of Awesome and Epic from the first few episodes to the time it reached it’s climax last sunday when Philip, the living pile of data finally went away from us. Dearly we miss Philip and his crazy info-finding antics, he was, in my opinon, a walking wikipedia. He was cool as FangJoker and even better when he became more human in recent episodes. The stories of each episode kept us craving for more, especially during the Trial Arc when secondary rider Ryu Terui became Kamen Rider Accel Trial for the first time. The story was well written and I loved every part of it, not much plot holes and even the movies were well placed in the universe, instead of it being what we would call “Alternate Universe” stories. The giant monster battles weren’t overrated and was done tastefully, a few battles here, a few battles there and even the uniqueness of each Rider’s Armor was intricate. Double’s armor represented the light-weight Showa Riders, aside from the scarf, it’s armor isn’t the clunky type as seen from Kamen Rider shows that are past Agito. While Accel was more of a Heisei-like rider (with weapon gimmicks, the cold-hard vengeful personality at first, Fancy-Schmancy transformation sequences and yes.. the clunky shoulder armor).
The battles were climatic especially the recent battle with Jun Kazu a.k.a. the Utopia Dopant, this was one for the books in Kamen Rider History. After the battle, Philip died because he disappeared into data.
The Movie Riders were also cool especially Rider Eternal (I mean his design is so much like something a J-rock appreciator would design with flame prints, a cape and Katsumi Daido having some awesome Highlights). Skull Rider was more of the taste for older Rider fans, especially Skullman Fans.
Before this Sunday comes and gives us the epic conclusion to this Series, I would like to say one thing:
“I wish it had another season so I can watch more Kamen Rider Awesomeness.”
But gloves are off for the production of the New Kamen Rider Show called, Ooo’s. More information will be given about the show. For those who haven’t watched the show, you can check some snippets at your nearest video site and check this awesome show.
I also have some snippets for people to see too.
For now, leave some comments about the awesomeness of this show.

cool review.
You know I was a Kamen Rider fan during my childhood days. It was the time the first generation of Kamen Riders were getting popular. I remember V3, Kikaida, Stronga and many more members of the first generation. Love the show. Nice post. Sure brings back a lot of memories. Hen Shin!
@Papaleng
Thanks, it’s my pleasure ^__^
@Bryeunade
Dear Sir, It’s nice to know that you’re also one of the few Kamen Rider fans here at cinemaroll. Speaking of V3 and first generation riders, this reminded me of my favorite rider back in the day which was Kamen Rider Amazon, that show was cool in so many ways when I first watched it. Glad you appreciated this post, Sir.
For great justice! Henshin!
I remember amazon too he’s the green guy right. Pretty cool
