Last night I watched the Hancock film which was okay to watch, but it felt empty to me. It felt as if Will was off, which seemed odd to me. Usually I enjoy his films, but in the past few years I have noticed that Will Smith is losing his game and his acting.
In most of his early film’s he’s cocky and wild, then he began the serious acting which just didn’t sit right for me. He is a talent actor and a great singer, but his films are lacking lately. Personally it looks to me that he has lost himself, he’s forgotten to laugh at the little things in life, and the way he usually is.
With Seven Pounds, I felt that this wasn’t a Will Smith film. What is wrong with him? I find that his last good film was I Am legend.
He’s too serious now, Will acts as if he’s in his Sixty’s. Finish up the Bad Boys films and the Men in Black.
Look at Bruce Willis, he’s still acting the same way and he’s much older than Will. If you keep this up Will Smith, you will lose more than one fan. You’ll lose your self in the end so act your age. Learn to laugh again, and be in a film with Martin Lawrence.
