Harry Potter vs. Twilight
If you could only choose one to view, which would you choose?

Amazing graphics, spellbinding compositions, dramatic characters, and most importantly, an age old story. These all make for a great movie. As I was thinking about the new Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince movie, I started wondering what would happen if New Moon, the sequel to the ever popular Twilight, was also being released on the very same day. Call me cheap, but I won’t view any old movie in the theatre if I can watch it on my good ol’ television, or buy the dvd for half the price 2 months later.
This has me wondering. Regardless of whatever story you’re in love with, just which movie is the best? Not only in storyline, but in those listed above. Would it be Twilight, that had a great playlist and sparkling boys. Or Harry Potter 1-5, where you forgot they weren’t really flying through the air on brooms, and the dragons looked real. So which one? Between Harry Potter and the Half blood Prince and New Moon, which one would you go see in a heartbeat?

Definitely HP. I’ve read all of the HP books and seen all of the movies to date. I’ve read the first two books of the Twilight series and I’ve seen the movie.
There’s no comparison – HP is a much more complex tale. Twilight is excellent, but it just doesn’t have the oomph!
