Great British Comedians of The 1940‘s and 1950‘s
This is the fifth in a series of late night British comedy and features comedians from the golden years of British comedy.
During the 1940’s and 1960’s British comedy was in its hey day and many former stars of stage came into there own on British films and Television. Tonight is a tribute to them, many have passed on now but some are still alive and still performing live on stage and television. Join with me tonight and watch Tommy Trinder, Jimmy Jewel, Jack Warner, Max Miller, George Formby,Terry Thomas, Arthur Askey, The Crazy Gang and many many more.
Just one of the greats our Arthur Askey
They were funny then and they are still funny today. Turn your speakers on and have a laugh just before going to bed (thats if you live in Canada) if you don’t then have a laugh anyway.
Hope you have enjoyed as much as I legends from a time gone by.
