Choke

Despite the title, I had no idea what to expect from this movie. After the intro it was clear that this was a movie about a sex-addicted young man and his struggles. But it turned into so much more. His complicated past with his “mother” and the lies that he was told from other people only served to complicate his life even more.

The man has doubts about his origins that lead him to be deluded into thinking he is the second coming of Christ, while his mother strictly refuses to believe he is her son and instead calls him by the name of a dead lawyer. While the movie did contain way too much nudity and sex for my liking, it was definitely interesting still managed to have a touching ending, even if there was sex in a plane.
