Blu-Ray vs.. DVD

Blu-Ray Vs. DVD.

Blu-Ray is the latest technology in movie players putting behind the DVD player which has served for a long time now.Blu-Ray supposed to give the best quality in picture which is sharp in colors and crystal clear sound of experience.
The price of the Blu-Ray is around double the cost of a DVD and the Blu-Ray player also costs more than DVD.But,Blu-Ray has failed to live up to their expensive price tag.If you compare the quality of DVD with the Blu-Ray there are only some movies which are better and worth watching in a Blu-Ray like avatar.Which means only latest films are successfully can be watched in Blu-Ray and have the awesome experience you would expect.

The old films like made in 70’s and 80’s cannot be remastered to Blu-Ray which is a big let down. Both Blu-Ray and HD-DVD are capable of handling huge data.HD-DVD can store 30GB and Blu-Ray can store 50GB.
The fact is both Blu-Ray and HD-DVD uses the same blue laser video compression technology with a little differences in coding. There has been some argument regarding these two formats and the war is still going on…
