Madhavi Latha is a beautiful south Indian actress who is a very new actress in Tollywood. She has got fame through her debut film in Telugu ‘Nachavule’. She is yet to establish herself in the south Indian film industry.

Madhavi Latha is a new entrant in the Tollywood (Telugu film industry) in 2008. She debuted in Telugu films with Nachavule in 2009. The movie was a good hit mainly because of the storyline and the director Ravi Babu who is known for making films with substance.

Ravi Babu has directed her first film and added a message to be given to youth and parents alike about having girlfriends and the commendable flirting. Madhavi Latha played the role of Anu who is a girlfriend of the protagonist. She acted alongside Taneesh who also debuted in this film. Nachavule introduced many new entrants, hero’s brother, villain etc, to Tollywood through this film. Even with new entrants the film did well due to the banner Usha Kiran Movies and the performance of artists and director Ravi Babu.

Madhavi Latha has acted in another Telugu film Snehituda along side unpopular actor Nani in 2009. It was directed by not so popular Satyam Bellamkonda. I can’t remember what happened to this film. Madhavi is also acting in upcoming film Tholi Pata in 2009 along side actor Krishna Vasa (don’t know who he is). But this new film is being directed by popular director K Ragavendra Rao (popularly known as Darshkendrudu or best of directors) whose films just become hits. This film is slated for release on March 12 2010.

Madhavi Latha is a charming south Indian actress who is yet to establish her stardom in and around Tollywood. So far she is only acting in Telugu films and we have to wait and see if she will be received well by other language audiences as well as Telugu audiences have received. Her Telugu debut film was well appreciated.

Madhavi Latha being a south Indian actress looks beautiful in Saree which is a traditional south Indian dress. She does glamour photoshoots too but they don’t strike well. Thus her background must have been from south Indian region especially Andhra Pradesh as Usha Kiran Movies brings debutants from the same region.
