A Review of Psychomania Movie

After committing suicide one after the other, with the hope of getting eternal life, they found out that things was not really the way they thought it to be. What was their fate?

The psychomania movie was not regarded as a classic movie in its time. It was produced in early 70’s. It would have made more waves in this present time compare to the time it was first produced. At that time (1973), the world was still asleep and many people were not all that into movie production. Psychomania can not be compared to Prison Break, traveler and many more classic movies like that because the story was basically horror. The psychomania story is quite a story to tell and the memory of the movie keeps me wandering what the director actually had in mind. An overview of the story is given below.

The cast of the movie was made up of the following artistes:

  • Nicky Henson
  •
  • Mary Larkin
  •
  • Ann Michelle
  •
  • Patrick Holt
  •
  • Robert Hardy
  •
  • Rocky Tailor
  •
  • Peter Whiting
  •
  • Roy Holder and
  •
  • Dennis Gilmore

In the movie, there was a group of people that regarded themselves as living dead. They molested and terrorized the people from their village (where they live). One interesting part of the story was that they had an agreement with the devil (wondering what the script writer meant) to kill themselves and live for eternity (such an irony).

However, after committing suicide one after the other, with the hope of getting eternal life, they found out that things was not really the way they thought it to be. What was their fate? If you have watched the movie let me see your comment.
