A Rant About Hollywood
Just a short rant expressing some deep feelings toward the television and film industries.
The quality of movies made in the USA has really gone downhill in the last 10 years. The constant stupid fad-inspired films keep piling up and it’s starting to get disgusting. Enough with teens who have absolutely no believable acting skills, misportraying mythical creatures. GET A FREAKING 20 GUAGE AND MOVE ON!
Not to mention any movie with “musical” in title. It’s bad enough people have to sit through bad acting, without also having to listen to mind numbing heavily-autotuned “songs” that, in escence, are pure garbage.
I’d have to say Disney is one of the worst violators. Sure, Disney has made really good films in the past but without Pixar, they would be struggling to stay in business. Just as Hollywood has gone down the crapper, it dragged Disney with it. It’s virtually impossible to turn it on and watch without seeing a stereotypical show aimed at young people, filled with vile dragged out nonsense, encouraging them to take on the appearance of hobbos, and act like !$#@%s. More garbage, garbage, garbage.
There used to be a lot more acceptable television and movies being produced, however I guess there are not nearly as many sensible individuals in the industry anymore. It’s a shame…..
