When was the last time you watched a good weepy?
Do you know that having a really good cry is actually good for your health? We are the only animals who cry emotional tears so let’s not waste that! We all know that generally women cry far more often than men so why should they miss out on the health benefits of crying?
If you are looking for some really good blubber inducing movies to help level the score then here are a few suggestions guaranteed to leave no eye dry for men and women alike (all of them are highly recommended by yours truly!)

I cry at the end of The Green Mile EVERY time I watch it, literally. I watched it for the first time when I was about four years old and I just. I don’t know. It hits home.
The Blind Side got me pretty close to shedding a tear or two. Great article!

The only film that has ever made me cry was Into The Wild
I’ve only seen the green mile and titanic and I didn’t cry. The green mile is kind of sad, but not sad enough.
