From what I read, they did acquire rights to Rankin Bass animated films including The Flight of Dragons. Aside from spreading the article and emailing WB, one way to get to them is to call up WB representative offices in our respective countries to request for FoD. I see that their website now has an archive section that lets people download old movies or buy burn-on-demand dvds, but Flight of Dragons isn't on the list--in fact, when I do a search it doesn't show up on the WB wesite at all, as if they never heard of it. FANASTIC JOB!!! I rememebr my mother recording it to VHS when it came on TV when I was just a little thing. My sister and I wore that tape out. Throughout the years we have been watching out for it to be released onto DVD, but have been greatly disappointed. I wish it would get released to DVD soon. There are too many people that I know that would love to own it because it as their favorite film when they were little and wish they could share that with their children. It's rather shameful that WB just sits on it letting it gather dust. When I worked for a movie store a few years back it was amazing how many folks came in asking if we had the movie on DVD.
