Third Trailer for The Dark Knight Rises Online in Hd! [+speculation]

The Dark Knight Rises is the most anticipated superhero movie of the summer along with The Avengers, but what fans of the movie were waiting until this friday to see with The Avengers is now officially released and in full HD.
Thanks to a Dark Knight Rises viral game, WB has released the trailer early.
Below, I am going to SPECULATE on what we saw in the trailer. If you don’t want the MINOREST details spoiled, even if it’s speculation then please leave!
0:09: Is this the first movie that has the new DC comics logo attached to it? I think so!
0:12: Bruce Wayne has a full mustache and beard! Proof that the time gap in TDKR is long.
0:20: This scene is from the prologue shown with iMAX screenings of Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol!
0:43: We get a good look at Joseph Gordon-Levitt who still has an unknown but significant role in the movie!
0:55: We start to see Bruce climbing out of a cave with JGL’s character saying “Did they kill him?”. Who are they and are they referring to Batman? Selena Kyle [Catwoman] also replies with “I’m not sure” which indicates that she was at the event. Also, with JGL talking to Catwoman about this event, does this mean he knows her identity as Catwoman?
0:58-1:05: Bruce is lying on the floor, dazed, broken and confused. He asks Bane why he didn’t kill him, and he replies that his punishment must be more severe. Is this where Bane, could possibly have broken Bruce’s back? What punishment could be more severe than death?
1:13: First look at Anne Hathaway in her Catwoman getup on official footage! Yay!
1:16: Camoflauge Tumbler Batmobile riding in snow!
1:20: Is that Catwoman riding the Batpod? We know she does from her first official picture.

1:24: “I won’t bury you. I’ve buried enough of the Wayne family”. Is Alfred warning Bruce not to go after Bane because he doesn’t want the Wayne family to end?
1:37: Anne Hathaway talks as Catwoman and actually looks and sounds good doing it!
1:41: JGL surrendering to his death or something worse?
1:44: Quick 2 second snippet of the acrobatics of Batman vs the strength and training of Bane!
1:46: “Not everything, not yet!”. Here we not only see that Batman sounds older, but he doesn’t have throat cancer anymore! Great improvement on the voice by Bale, and I would definitely like to hear that on some sort of animated movie.
1:51: Police vs Bane’s army?
1:53: Bruce kissing Marion Cotillard’s character, who is speculated to be Talia Al’ Ghul. Since they are kissing and Bruce definitely develops a love interest for her here, we can definitely think she’s Talia some more.
1:56: Roundhouse kick by Catwoman!
2:01: The new vehicle being introduced, it’s flight enabled and is called simply ‘The Bat’.
2:09: FINALLY. Catwoman and Batman dialogue. If Nolan sticks to the comics, it could make for greatness. Then boom, we see ‘The Bat’ flip over a building! Absolutely stunning.
