Terminator 4: Salvation

Now, the Terminator – Salvation set in 2018 starts with a battalion of Terminators prowling on the post-holocaust earth to uproot the human race totally. But small groups of survivors formed into a resistant troop, hiding in underground bunkers and striking when they can against an enemy force that vastly outnumbers them. Controlling the machines is the artificial intelligent network, Skynet. Only one man saw Judgment day coming. One man whose destiny is always connected with the fate of human existence: John Connor, played by Christian Bale this time. Now the world is on the brink of Doomsday that Connor has been warned about all his life. However, Connors belief is rattled with the advent of Marcus Wright (Sam Worthington): A stranger from the past whose last memory is of being on death before awaking in this strange world. The future of the world banks on Connors decision whether to trust Marcus Wright or not. But as Skynet adapts new strategies to wipe out the human existence forever, Connor and Marcus find some common ground to take a stand against the onslaught to crack the Skynet and face the enemy head-on.
