It could have wrecked up as a heady cocktail of the Indiana Jones and the Pirates of the Caribbean series, but The Adventures of Tintin Full Movie is so a good deal more than used headiness. And that’s because of its dazzling new technique of filming — motion capture animation — that exactly brings to life Belgian artist Herge’s attractive carnival of characters, led by Tintin, the unmanageable reporter and Snowy, the smartest dog in town. Tintin and his encounters with evil in exotic lands by now have a legion fans in India.

The story too is equally tempting with lots of action to pep up the tenor of the film. What starts of as a simple acquire for Tintin (Jamie Bell) soon turns out to be a probable story’ for the reporter. The unicorn model, he realizes, is the path to a bigger anonymous the secret of the hidden wealth. But finding the hidden wealth calls for decoding a few lost secret code. That’s where Captain Haddock (Andy Serkis) of disputed heritage steps in and helps Tintin find the gold believed to be hidden in the oceans. But only after he fights his swaggering ghost from the past, Ivan Sakharine, who wants it all, by hook or by crook.

A special point out: While Jamie Bell fits into the role of Tintin with simplicity, not just for his ginger quiff but journalistic enthusiasm too; Daniel Craig stands out as the evil and hideous Sakharine. But the ones who really become objects of friendliness are Andy Serkis (watch him stand firm every peg that comes his way)

But then all’s well that ends well. And as Captain Haddock puts it, for there’s more riches lying deep down in the oceans that needs to be found. Sequel, Spielberg!
